Beetroot what? Really? Yes! You read it correctly! I concocted this amazing drink in my own homebrewery (That’s what I call my guest bedroom). I had no idea what was going to come of it, to be honest, but it turned out to be one of the most amazing drinks I have even drank! I am a little biased, I must say! And this is, officially, the first drink that I was paid to make more! My neighbour in Ireland ordered 20 bottles, so that he can give out as gifts! Well, it is not huge, but it is an encouraging start, right?
